Ontario Provincial Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of an Ottawa woman in connection with the death of a Clarence-Rockland, Ont., man, whose body was found in the Ottawa River last year. The investigation into the death of Robert Prevost has resulted in five arrests already. Three people are charged with first-degree murder in the case, one is facing a second-degree murder charge, and one is facing obstruction-related charges. On Tuesday, the OPP said Cathy Percey, 53, of Ottawa, is wanted for first-degree murder. She is known to frequent the Ottawa, Rockland and Gatineau areas. Police said, if seen, call 9-1-1 and do not approach. Prevost, 63, was reported missing in March 2025. His body was found in the Ottawa River near Dallaire Street in Clarence-Rockland on May 17, 2025, and his death was later deemed a homicide.
