The province is warning about more grizzly activity, this time in the southeast region of Alberta. Alberta Parks says there have been recent grizzly bear sightings in and around the Milk River Natural Area. The reports came from both the uplands area and the river valley in the park, which is described as a grassland plains region approximately 160 kilometres southeast of Lethbridge that contains stream valleys, coulees and badlands. Alberta Parks says while the advisory is in place for that area, bears can be encountered at any time.
