The Regina Police Service (RPS) says its officers have responded to a variety of incidents during the first two days of the Queen City Ex. According to an update provided Friday, RPS reported its officers have responded to nine missing children, who were all returned safely to their families or caregivers, five intoxicated persons, two people needing medical assistance and one fight. “Officers will continue to work alongside REAL Security and event staff throughout the remainder of the QCX to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees,” the service said in the update. “Anyone requiring assistance at the event can speak with an on-site officer. For emergencies or crimes in progress, call 911 immediately.” The Queen City Ex runs from July 29 to Aug. 2.
