Ontario Provinvial Police say a 63-year-old driver has died after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 401 near Johnstown on Monday. Police say emergency crews responded to the crash on an exit ramp near Highway 16 at approximately 8:30 a.m. The lone occupant of the vehicle, a man from Quebec, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was taken to Kingston for a post-mortem examination. Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash camera footage, and has not yet spoken with police, is asked to contact the Grenville Detachment OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
