The City of London’s resident satisfaction survey will be conducted starting today to September 30 in collaboration with Liaison Strategies. The survey gives Londoners the chance to voice their opinions and perspectives about key issues facing our community. “The purpose is to help council and staff with prioritization and decision making. This information gets analyzed and synthesized and then shared with the council,” said Trevor Fowler with the city of London. “This will be going to council the results of the survey in 2026 in December and then that then feeds into some of the prioritization and decision making that the city would undertake in the subsequent year.” 500 residents aged 18 and older will participate in the survey.
