A Ladysmith, B.C., business was left without its ATM after thieves broke in before dawn and used a pickup truck to pull the machine out, according to police. Ladysmith RCMP were called to the business in the 13000 block of Simpson Road around 4:50 a.m. on Sept. 9 after receiving a report of a break and enter in progress. “Preliminary evidence gathered at the scene indicated that a red and tan coloured single-cab, older-model pick up truck was used to pull the ATM from the business.
