Ontario Provincial Police say two drivers are facing charges of impaired driving after a head-on crash in Petawawa on the weekend. The collision happened at around 9 p.m. on Saturday, on Town Centre Boulevard. A 54-year-old man from Petawawa and a 33-year-old woman from Ottawa were each charged with driving while impaired and driving with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit. The man is also facing a careless driving charge. Both drivers received an immediate 90-day administrative driverβs licence suspension, and their vehicles were impounded for seven days. They are due in court in August.
