Halifax police have arrested a man they describe as a “serial shoplifter” for allegedly stealing from Lululemon several times over the last year. Police responded to a reported theft at the Lululemon at 5445 Spring Garden Rd. around 7:30 p.m. on Friday. They arrested Timothy Decaire, 46, at the scene. “The man was also the suspect in multiple other thefts at Lululemon over the last 12 months,” a police news release reads.
