Investigation is underway into a Wednesday night incident in southwest Calgary that resulted in a cyclist being struck by a vehicle. At around 11:20 p.m. Wednesday night, police responded to an area near the intersection of 12 Avenue S.W. and Fifth Street S.W. for reports of a cyclist who was struck by a vehicle. Police say the cyclist was transported to hospital in stable condition with head injuries. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene.
