Chelsea Lecce

Chelsea Lecce is an English-speaking Canadian journalist and television producer based in Barrie, known for her engaging storytelling and sharp news sense. She is the producer for CTV News at 6, where she helps shape compelling content that informs and resonates with audiences. Chelsea’s byline and production credits span respected Canadian media outlets, including contributions to The Toronto Star, CTV News Barrie, Global News, and the CTV Television Network. With a passion for storytelling that puts people at the heart of every story, Chelsea is all about bringing together the community through creative and accessible coverage – whether it be investigative pieces, or a story about a local charity raising donations. She strives to make complex issues easy to understand and engaging for diverse audiences. Outside of the newsroom, Chelsea is a former competitive figure skater, having competed on a national level and being recognized as the City of Brampton’s Athlete of the Year. She now shares her passion for the sport with those learning to skate.
