Man wanted on provincewide arrest warrant in Nova Scotia arrested: police

A man wanted on a provincewide arrest warrant in Nova Scotia has been arrested.

New Glasgow Police said they were searching for 37-year-old Jonathon Edward Lennerton on Friday.

In an update on Monday, police said they arrested Lennerton. He has been charged with:

• assault with a weapon
• pointing a firearm
• uttering threats

Police say they are continuing to investigate.
