The City of Windsor is informing drivers about lane restrictions on Howard Avenue that will last about a month. Howard Avenue will have lane restrictions in both directions between Eugenie Street and Grand Marais Road for road panel repairs. Construction is expected to start on Wednesday, Oct. 14, until Friday, Nov. 13, 2026 (weather permitting). Piera-Con is doing the work.
