Police in B.C.’s capital are asking the public for help locating a 30-year-old man who is considered “unlawfully at large.” Tristan Whitstone left a designated housing facility in Victoria without authorization Tuesday night, the Victoria Police Department said in a news release Wednesday. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for his arrest. Police shared a photo of Whitstone, describing him as a 5′7″, 210-pound man with brown eyes and black hair.
