The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is deploying a team of investigators to the scene of a small plane crash in the Fraser Valley east of Vancouver. The agency said in a statement the “small aircraft accident” occurred Wednesday near Mission, B.C. Police and the TSB have not confirmed whether anyone was injured or killed in the crash. A safety board spokesperson told CTV News the agency didn’t have additional details to share about the incident Thursday morning. “We are deploying a team of investigators, who should arrive at the site today,” the spokesperson said in an email. The TSB is an independent federal agency that investigates air, marine and rail incidents in an effort to improve transportation safety. This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
