A hiker was seriously hurt on the Ha Ling Peak trail near Canmore on Wednesday. STARS was dispatched to the region at 2 p.m. after a man in his 30s was hurt on the trail. The man was flown to Foothills Medical Centre in critical condition. Emergency Health Services was also called about the incident, but could only confirm that the patient was taken to hospital by STARS Officials did not say how the hiker was injured or the nature of his injuries.
