Ottawa paramedics say a man in Centretown was stabbed Tuesday morning. Public information officer Marc-Antoine Deschamps told CTV News Ottawa that paramedics were called to the area of Bank Street and McLeod Street at around 9:45 a.m. Paramedics treated the man at the scene and brought him to the hospital in serious but stable condition. His injuries were not considered life-threatening. The Ottawa Police Service said an investigation is ongoing. There was no word of any arrests. “Officers remain on scene gathering information as part of the ongoing investigation,” police said in an email. “No further details are available at this time.”
