Police are searching for three suspects in Guelph after $3,000 worth of copper was stolen from an east-end business late Tuesday night. Officers were called to a business near York Road and Watson Parkway South around 11 p.m. after the business owner spotted a break-in in progress on surveillance video. Police said a Mercedes SUV backed up to a loading dock before three men stepped out and used pry bars to force open a garage door to steal the metal. The vehicle the suspects were in is believed to be stolen, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
