RCMP have arrested a man in connection to a murder that occurred Monday in Lloydminster. Officers were called to a shooting on 50 Avenue shortly after 11 a.m., where they found 22-year-old Nolan Whitstone, who was declared dead at the scene. Randy Lysohirka, 40, is facing a second-degree murder charge in connection with the killing. Officers located Lysohirka sometime on Wednesday and arrested him. He is being held and will appear before a justice of the peace with a future court date to be determined.
