About 16,000 Hydro One customers are without power in Huron and Perth Counties. Hydro One reports the power is out in Exeter, Zurich, Seaforth, Mitchell, and is reaching as far as St Marys. The cause of the outage is unknown at this time. Crews are working to restore power. According to the Hydro One website, estimated time of restoration is being reassessed.
