Food vendors on bicycles are expected to hit the streets of Victoria in less than two weeks.
Applications from potential vendors are being accepted.
Vendors will be able to sell hot food, baked goods, frozen treats, non-alcoholic drinks and flowers.
They will first be required to pass an inspection before getting a license.
The bike vendors will be allowed to operate on all city streets and most parks for up to thirty minutes at a time, if hailed by a customer first.
The pilot project is taking place this summer and fall and is part of a larger review of street vending in Victoria.
