Owen Sound police say it was a busy weekend for members of their service. Police say between Sunday and Friday, there were four incidents of impaired driving that officers responded to. Three of those drivers had their licences suspended and vehicles impounded. According to police one male was arrested for impaired driving and when officers investigated him, he was found to be in possession of a sawed-off shotgun, a taser and a prohibited knife. Officers additionally found cocaine and fentanyl in his possession, police say. The man now faces 26 charges. Between Friday and Sunday, the service responded to over 200 calls and officers laid a total of 65 charges.
