Maritime drivers will be paying more at the pumps as prices went up again overnight on Thursday. Nova Scotia The price of regular self-serve gasoline increased in the Halifax-area by 4.4 cents. The new minimum price is 185.8 cents per litre. Diesel prices also increased by three cents, bringing the minimum price to 241.6 cents per litre. In Cape Breton, the cost of regular self-serve gasoline is now 187.8 cents per litre and for diesel it’s 243.5 cents per litre. Prince Edward Island The price of regular self-serve gasoline increased by 2.3 cents on P.E.I. The minimum price is now 191.9 cents per litre. Diesel costs also went up by 3.4 cents, with the minimum price now reaching 247.1 cents per litre. New Brunswick In New Brunswick, the cost of regular self-serve gasoline went up just 0.1 cents per litre. The maximum price is 186.7 cents per litre. The cost of diesel increased by 3.5 cents, bringing the maximum price to 248.6 cents per litre.
