A new housing development is coming to Saanich and it will be the tallest building in the municipality.
Saanich council voted unanimously in favour of the project on Tuesday.
The tower is proposed for the corner of Carey Road and Ravine Way, adjacent to the Whole Foods.
It’ll include 11 stories of residential space, including rentals and townhouses, on top of three storeys of commercial space.
