Windsor police have launched an investigation at two businesses on Dougall Avenue overnight. Officers responded to a report of property damage at a commercial plaza in the 2500 block of Dougall Ave on Thursday morning. Police say two businesses have reported damage to their windows overnight. What appears to be bullet holes can be seen in the windows of an indoor playground. The investigation is ongoing.
