Windsor police have arrested a 34-year-old man after two vehicles were deliberately set on fire in the downtown area. Shortly after 7 a.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a report of a vehicle fire in the 100 block of Park Street. When they got there, officers say they learned that a second parked vehicle had also been set ablaze nearby on Pelissier Street. Windsor firefighters attended and extinguished both fires. No physical injuries were reported. Officers reviewed video surveillance footage from the area and identified a suspect. Just after 11 a.m., they located and arrested the suspect in the area of Wyandotte Street and Dufferin Place.
