The Windsor Police Service is notifying residents not to be alarmed if they see more police officers than usual in the east end. Officers are conducting a search and rescue training exercise Thursday at various locations on the east side of the city. Residents may notice an increased police presence in the area. Police say this is a planned exercise, and there is no risk to public safety.
