A cyclist remains in critical condition after a collision with a motor vehicle in downtown London on Wednesday afternoon, police said. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Dundas and Maitland streets at about 4 p.m. According to London police, the cyclist, an adult man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and remained in critical condition as of Thursday. Police said the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene. The investigation has been reassigned to the London Police Service Road Safety Section and is ongoing. Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 3:45 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sept. 16, and who may have dashcam footage or residential or business surveillance video, to contact police.
