Mounties say a 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged after a homicide in Creston, B.C. Creston RCMP said officers found an unresponsive man near Canyon Street and 12th Avenue just after 2 a.m. on July 23. The man, later identified as Creston resident Larry John Isaac, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Mounties deemed Isaac’s death suspicious and made an arrest the same day. Parker Hills was charged with one count of second-degree murder, police said, noting he remains in custody pending court proceedings.
