An 18-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following an alleged stabbing in Regina. Police say it happened Saturday, Oct. 3 around 2 a.m. near the 1000 block of Rae Street. According to a Monday news release, officers were responding to a reported stabbing of a man in the area. Police say when they arrived, they found a 21-year-old man with injuries that were consistent with stab wounds. He was taken to hospital with what police said were serious but non-life-threatening injuries. After investigating, police say they found and arrested the suspect at a nearby residence. As a result, 18-year-old Skylar Pelletier has been charged with attempted murder and made his first court appearance Monday morning.
