London police say Friday’s crash on Veterans Memorial Parkway at Bradley Avenue is confirmed fatal. It was initially reported that four people were sent to hospital with serious life-threatening injuries. Police now confirm a female passenger of one of the vehicles has died. Police did not provide an update on the status of the other three people sent to hospital. Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area on August 14, 2026, between 9:20 and 9:40 p.m. and may have witnessed the collision, or who has dashcam, residential or business surveillance footage, to contact the London Police Service or Crime Stoppers. The intersection where the crash happened was temporarily closed, including Veterans Memorial Pkwy’s exit at highway 401 (From Wilton Grove to Hamilton Road) for accident reconstruction, but has since reopened.
