Pot has yet to be legalized in Canada – and police in Victoria say a man operating a marijuana delivery cart has learned that the hard way.

Officers on patrol spotted the 22-year-old man and his bicycle cart, emblazoned with “420 delivery, no minors,” the evening of Nov. 3.

After quickly figuring out the man was selling pot, police arrested him on one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

More than 150 grams of marijuana was seized from the vending cart.

The man was released from custody on a promise to appear in court in December.

The federal government has promised to legalize and regulate the drug by the spring of 2017.
