Victoria police are investigating an assault that sent one man to hospital with serious injuries on Saturday.
Police received several 911 calls about the incident in the 900-block of Mason Street just after 2 p.m.
“At this point I don’t think this is a random event, we believe that there was some knowledge between the parties,” said Sgt. Kari Cochrane.
Police haven’t said if anyone was arrested. They don’t believe the public is at risk.
