A stack of lotto tickets produced some serious change for one lucky Winnipegger. When Edward Hogue went to check his tickets, one of those turned out to be a Lotto Max Maxmillions winner. All of Hogue’s numbers lined up with the draw Oct. 6, winning him one of the 12 possible Maxmillion prizes. Hogue plans to do some house renovations, get a new set of golf clubs, and help his son-in-law pay for his medication. He purchased his ticket at the Shefield Express inside Garden City Shopping Centre.
