The City of Windsor has launched an updated version of its Windsor 311 mobile app, giving residents a faster and more convenient way to report concerns and access municipal services. City officials say the redesigned app features a more streamlined, user-friendly experience, with residents submitting service requests directly from their phones. With summer activity increasing across the city, Windsor officials are reminding residents that reporting concerns is available 24 hours a day through the 311 online reporting tool and the mobile app. Common summer service requests include dirty yards and alleys, park maintenance, dead animal removal, tree-related storm issues, streetlight problems, road maintenance, graffiti, potholes, missed garbage collection, and homelessness reports. The Windsor 311 system allows residents to upload photos, pinpoint the location of an issue, and track the status of their requests in real time. The city says ongoing updates to the 311 service library will continue to add more municipal services and improve access for residents. The Windsor 311 mobile app can be downloaded through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
