Windsor firefighters were called to a house in the 300 block of Josephine Avenue shortly after 11 a.m. Saturday. The fire occurred on the second floor of a vacant home at 361 Josephine Ave. Windsor Fire Chief Jamie Waffle says the blaze is considered suspicious and remains under investigation. No injuries were reported. Officials have not yet determined a cause and a damage estimate was not immediately available.
