There will be several road closures for the east edition of Open Streets Windsor. The annual event will take place on Sunday, Sept. 20. The following streets will be closed from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.: • Erie St. East between Howard Ave. and Parent Ave. • Parent Ave. between Erie St. East and Ottawa St. • Ottawa St. between Parent Ave. and Walker Rd. • Wyandotte St. East between Belleview Ave. and St. Rose Ave. Windsor police say motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, expect delays, and use alternate routes throughout the day.
