Check your lotto tickets: Someone in Saskatchewan is $1 million richer

A very lucky someone in Saskatchewan is $1 million richer, they just don’t know it yet.

The Western Canadian Lottery Corporation (WCLC) announced Monday the winning ticket for the May 23 Lotto 6/49 Gold Ball draw had been purchased in Saskatchewan.

The $1 million winning number is 28277845-01.

The corporation said the ticket was purchased outside of Regina and Saskatoon.

The winner or winners have one year to claim their prize. WCLC encourages the lucky party to reach out by calling 1-800-665-3313.
