Two more charges have been laid against a former staff member in the constituency office of Victoria-Swan Lake MLA Rob Fleming.
Marni Offman was charged earlier this year with fraud and theft over $5,000, as well as using forged cheques.
Additional charges of fraud over $5,000 and theft over $5,000 have now been approved, in connection with thefts alleged to have occurred in the Victoria-area constituency office between January of 2009 and May of 2010.
Offman is expected to enter a plea to all the charges when she returns to court on October 5th.
