Provincial police are investigating after a storage facility was broken into in Shelburne. Police say a suspect broke into a Shelburne Mini-Storage on Victoria Street, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sept. 2. Once inside, police claim the man then broke into independent storage units by cutting off the locks. According to OPP, the suspect remained on the property for several hours and changed his clothes multiple times. The suspect is described as a white male, believed to be in his 30s. He was last seen wearing a blue rain jacket, black pants and gloves while riding a black scooter. Anyone with information or surveillance footage of the incident is asked to contact Dufferin OPP. CTV News has reached out to OPP to find out what items the suspect is accused of taking.
