Two men crashed into each other under a bright moon. It was about to be an eclipse. The crash occurred around midnight Thursday on Flos Road Seven and Victoria Road, which crisscrosses County Road 27. No injuries to either driver were reported. However, both the 41-year-old Elmvale man, and 30-year-old Barrie man have been charged with impaired driving charges.
