One man is in police custody and facing armed robbery charges in connection with an incident at a convenience store. Provincial police say they were called to a Collingwood Circle K around 8 p.m. on Sunday where a robbery had taken place. OPP say officers were able to identify the suspect thanks to surveillance footage in the store. The suspect, a 32-year-old Collingwood man, was arrested a short time later. The suspect now faces charges of armed robbery, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and carrying a concealed weapon. According to OPP, he is scheduled to appear before an Ontario Court of Justice at a later date, but in the meantime he remains remanded to custody.
