With Christmas mere months away, it’s time to get your crayons, paint brushes or fabric swatches out, and get creative. Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation is hosting a contest for its holiday card, and the deadline is quickly approaching: September 30. The foundation is looking for original, colourful artwork focusing on the community, the holiday season or the hospital itself. We’re excited to invite our community to share their creativity with us through our Holiday Card Artwork Contest," said Dr. Ted Vandevis CEO. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for people of all ages to put their own unique spin on what Stevenson Memorial Hospital means to them. We can’t wait to see the creativity, colour and community spirit that comes through in the artwork we receive.” Submission Guidelines: Everyone is welcome to enter, including children, youth, adults, seniors, patients, families, staff, volunteers and members of our community. Submit a high-quality photo or scan of your artwork. If the artist is under 18, a parent or guardian must provide permission. Selecting the Winning Artwork: The Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation will select four winners, one for each of the age groups, and will offer a prize in addition to featuring each winner’s artwork on our holiday cards.
