Nova Scotia RCMP is advising residents that a high-risk offender is being released from a federal institution on Monday. The RCMP believes he’s moving to the province from New Brunswick. Robert Edgar Paul, 35, has an “extensive and persistent” criminal history dating back to 2005, police say. His convictions include violent and non-violent offences. During his most recent term he’d served for convictions such as: Police describe Paul as being five-foot-eight and 185 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
