A 13-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with a property damage investigation, according to Truro police. Police say he’s connected to a string of incidents the night of Sept. 15, damaging property at two public parks and two businesses. The youth has been charged with four counts of mischief under $5,000. He was released from police custody on conditions and is scheduled to appear in youth court in October.
