Victoria police say 911 is a critical lifeline for many people, but one particular caller has been abusing the system.
According to officials, a caller has dialed the three numbers 375 times in a 48-hour time span.
VicPD says the calls are coming from a stolen iPhone 5 in the Sitkum Road area.
Anyone with information is asked to call Victoria police or Crime Stoppers.
