SAANICH - Saanich Police have arrested a 22-year-old Victoria man without incident wanted in connection with the shooting of a 38-year-old Langford man Tuesday night.
They have also arrested a 21-year-old Saanich man suspected to be an accessory after the fact.
The arrests were made in the 3200-block of Quadra Street around 10 Wednesday morning. Police say both suspects are being held for court at the West Shore RCMP Detachment, and their names are being withheld until charges have been approved by Crown Counsel.
The victim was discovered by RCMP late Tuesday in a home on Sooke Road. He remains in hospital in serious condition.
