BC Ferries has cancelled all sailings that cross the Strait of Georgia as of 3 p.m. Saturday.
The affected routes include:
- Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay
- Tsawwassen to Duke Point
- Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay
- Tsawwassen to the Southern Gulf Islands
BC Ferries says the cancellations are due to the powerful storm that’s expected to hit B.C.’s south coast on Saturday evening.
Service is expected to resume Sunday morning.
