Two people are facing charges after an Essex break-and-enter. On Aug. 31 just before 1:30 a.m., OPP were called to a report on Talbot Street North. Further details surrounding the incident have not been released. A 43-year-old Essex man and a 52-year-old Essex man were charged in connection with the investigation.
