Windsor police are looking for a suspect who fled an attempted traffic stop on a minibike. At 7:30 p.m. on Friday, a traffic enforcement officer saw a gas-powered minibike travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes of University Avenue. Police say when the officer tried to pull him over, the rider refused to stop, abandoned the minibike, and fled the area on foot. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall, with fair skin and red hair. He was wearing a black hoodie and black pants. He is wanted in connection with careless driving.
