A 21-year-old man has died after he was found with stab wounds by a taxi driver on a Hamilton street early Sunday morning. In a news release, Hamilton police say the man was found on Main Street West near Frid Street at about 2:30 a.m. The victim was taken to hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Investigators believe the man was involved in an “earlier altercation” near King Street West and Paradise Road North. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the altercation or may have information about the investigation to contact Detective Alex Buck at 905-546-4123. Investigators are also asking anyone who travelled through the area between 2 a.m. and 2:45 a.m. to review any dashcam or video footage that could assist the investigation.
